THE BUILDING

Designed by renowned architects Jordi Mir and Rafael Coll, creators of many of Barcelona’s best-known buildings such as the Hospital de Barcelona on Diagonal, Maremagnum Shopping Centre on the waterfront and the Barcelona Sants Hotel on the opposite side of Sants square.

Numancia 1 presents an imposing and highly representative exterior that combines polished natural granite pieces with a glass curtain wall. Inside, the tower building features the latest technology and design trends to maximize the user experience.

A streamlined arrival experience

The fully serviced lobby overlooking Sants square and train station features a waiting area, a coffee point, smart lockers, a welcome screen and WiFi. Four high-speed elevators connect the above-ground office space and underground floors for parking and storage.
